Excellent service We have just had three bowed windows replaced, each one has 3 panes so it was quite a big job. The company were very patient and prompt when handling our queries and booking. Max who fitted them gave an excellent service, he talked us through the process and answered anything we questioned in a very pleasant and straightforward manner. We thoroughly recommend the company.

I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. 5⭐️ We had 11 windows fitted by Southwest Home Improvements at the end of October 2024. The team were amazing. From initial quote, survey to fitting. Also promptly rang me back when I left messages. I had other jobs being done on the house at the same time and the guys were more than happy to be lead by me as to what windows I needed doing first! Not much noise, no mess and beautifully finished windows at the end of it! The difference in the warmth of our house is massive - I’ve had to turn the thermostat down below 16 degrees! I’m already planning on getting them back to reglaze our conservatory. A big thank you to Sam and the team 👍🏻

We recently had new Gutters, facias and soffits fitted by this company. They look really good and have been tested by the recent rain and wind. Well done to the two fitters who worked extremely hard in what was a couple of hot sunny days. Overall really happy with the work and would recommend Thank you

Fabulous company , so pleased I used them. John the salesman was awesome in his knowledge and understanding of the windows for the conservatory. By far the best quote I received .
